Strong International Flavour for FDE 2008
International participation at Food & Drink Expo 2008 (FDE 08) is on the rise with space increases of more than 60% being taken by Austria and Italy. This added to a first time pavilion from Greece gives real grounds for optimism that the 2008 show's international flavour will be at an all time high.
Serving up a feast of specialties
As market growth for regional and specialty food and drinks continues to explode, Food & Drink Expo 2008 will be serving up a feast of new products within its Regional Food features.
Regional and specialty foods have caught the imagination of consumers across the UK fuelling an explosion of interest not only in local outlets and farmers markets but also within the major retailers where many now have local produce policies which are clearly signposted to their customers.
