Meet award-winning chefs face to face and find out the tricks of the trade! Gain innovative insights into the recipes of the UK's top chefs to ensure that you can shake up your menu in 2010. The live demonstration kitchen is the ultimate live event to be entertained and share knowledge with the best!

Some highlights include...

  • Rachel Green has made a name for herself from her passionate andcommitted championing of British produce. A farmer's daughter from
    Lincolnshire, her family has been farming in the county for 14 generations.
  • Sudha Shankar Saha is the Executive Head Chef for Saffron Group of Restaurants consisting of SaffronRestaurant in Birmingham
    and SaffronBlue in Ashby de la Zouch. Chef Sudha's style of
    cooking is predominantly Indian.
  • Andy MacKenzie is the executive chef at The Avenue restaurant at Lainston House Hotel in Hampshire. Having joined the pastry team at Lainston House back in 1986, Andy worked his way up, becoming head chef in 2001.
  • David Gale has worked globally in many award-winning restaurants, from
    Stannylands in Cheshire to Soho House in New York.
