Four lucky producers will get the chance to pitch one of their products to a panel of 'Dragons' made up of various food experts. This will be an important exercise for suppliers to get an invaluable critique of their product - from the packaging and taste to the company's margins. Not only will it be invaluable for the pitching producers but it will also give onlookers the chance to see how they should be buying and negotiating with their suppliers.
