MR TROTTER TROTS ONWARDS AND UPWARDS INTO UK RESTAURANTS, PUBS AND SHOPS

Mr Trotter’s Great British Pork Crackling, the revolutionary British pork snack, is already growing its distribution with new listings all over Britain.

After a hugely successful launch in Selfridges in November, Mr Trotter’s Great British Pork Crackling is now available in all seven Harvey Nichols stores in the UK and Dublin. This will be followed in February by all 28 Booths supermarkets in the north west of the UK as well as a growing army of delicatessens, farm shops and gastro-pubs.

Mr Trotter’s Great British Pork Crackling was the brainchild of food writers Tom Parker Bowles and Matthew Fort with Cotswold farmer, Rupert Ponsonby, and pork
scratching producer Graham Jebb of RayGray Snacks. Their dream was to create a new interpretation of the scratching made from 100% British pigs and using no added MSG.

Mr Trotter’s Great British Pork Crackling is cooked by hand in small batches using a new longer process to deliver a crisper crunch.
